We had a joint birthday celebration for Nainai and Daddy two Saturdays ago at Brotzeit, Somerset 313. Christian was the happiest of all thanks to all the pizza and pork knuckle, and kept asking when we were going to get to the cake.
I had lunch with the guy on his actual birthday, and presented him with some macarons designed to be balloons..
We didn’t manage to go to The Coastal Settlement on P’s birthday after all cos I was tired out after putting Calista to bed at 8-something. We ended up just chatting at home as we usually do till bedtime..although there was no fancy celebration, i’m glad we enjoy having ‘dates’ anywhere..as long as we have time and space to talk.
There’s so much to be happy over and grateful for. I hope the next year will be an even better one for you, dear!
